April 2005 Touchfon Launches International Unified Messaging Technology

Touchfon International, a 17-year veteran in the business communications technology field, has launched the most advanced unified messaging service available anywhere. The new technology, dubbed T-BOX, centralizes voicemail, e-mail, and fax messages and provides easy access via Internet or a toll free phone number for users. Touchfon also exclusively provides international language capabilities and free training to help users recruit and retain their networks.

T-BOX gives subscribers the power to communicate to a single customer or thousands of contacts domestically or internationally with a single click. Customers only need to know a single toll-free number or e-mail address for all calls and faxes. Touchfon’s unified communication technology directs all messaging to a single in-box, providing a better way to manage messages.

Touchfon’s international language component will be invaluable to network marketers and other independent business people because it offers toll free numbers that are localized in more than 20 countries. Voice prompts, interface and even customer support are all available in select languages allowing users to stay in touch with thousands of people all over the world.

According to Rodney Hyde, Touchfon’s Vice President of Operations, “We are providing a local presence for the network marketer, which creates a legitimacy and connection with a marketer’s network, in specific countries. The direct selling business is emotional and a marketer’s success is dependent on his or her ability to reach and motivate thousands of people on a personal level. Touchfon understands that and is providing a more efficient way to build a network without spending all day to do it.”

T-BOX provides all the communications tools necessary to help a marketer get in touch with his network. Using T-BOX to send voicemail messages via the Internet will not only save time, but will be a tremendous cost savings, particularly for overseas calls. Touchfon subscribers can send out a recorded voicemail message, fax or e-mail to one person or a distribution list of thousands anywhere across the globe.

Touchfon International is known in the network marketing field as a premiere provider of innovative communications technologies, after having developed voicemail solutions for a well-known network marketing firm for nearly two decades.

“This experience has given us a unique understanding of what independent business people need. Now we are offering these tools to everyone through Touchfon’s T-BOX,” said Hyde. “We even supply special training for new subscribers that will help them learn how to use the technology, and build their business through time-saving techniques. Touchfon has thrived because we have kept in front of the technology and met and exceeded the needs of our customers. We look forward to providing the exclusive technology and know-how to many more people across the globe.”

Touchfon’s multi-faceted training is free to all users and includes: 1) Individual training available to take at one’s own pace, 2) Interactive training through WebEx or conference call, 3) Individual customer support via e-mail or telephone and 4) In-person training for medium to large groups.
