What We Collect
All Subscribers must accurately complete the Subscriber Sign-up Process. Usually by using an online Registration Form.
The Registration Form may ask
for such personal information as a Subscriber's name, address, electronic mail accounts,
type of computer equipment, Internet browser, telephone number(s), and credit card
or banking information (collectively "Subscriber Information"). In order to further
tailor our subsequent communications to you and continuously improve our products
and services (including registration), we may also ask you to provide us with information
regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, experience with
our products, and contact preferences.
How We Use It
Touchfon International uses your information to better understand your needs and
provide you with better service. Touchfon International compiles and maintains databases
for its own use of the Subscriber Information provided during sign-up. Touchfon
International may also monitor Subscriber usage of the Service, but not the content
of subscriber's faxes, voice mail, electronic mail, or other communications (collectively
"Communications"), except in connection a verifiable violation of the Policy of
Use reported by another subscriber or affected party. Subscriber further understands
and agrees that: (i) Touchfon International may make use such information to the
extent reasonably necessary to effect the operation, administration, management,
and promotion of the Service, and; (ii) that Touchfon International will own the
copyright in the compilation of such information. Specifically, we use your information
to help you complete a transaction, to communicate back to you, to update you on
service and benefits, and to personalize our web sites for you. Credit card numbers
are used only for payment processing and are not retained for other purposes. From
time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research
or to provide you with marketing information we think would be of particular interest.
Touchfon International will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving
such direct marketing or market research contact. In addition, Touchfon International
will adhere all local requirements, such as allowing you to opt in before receiving

Who We Share It With
Touchfon International will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable
Subscriber Information to others. Unless we have your permission or are required
by law, Touchfon International will not otherwise: (i) disclose or use Subscriber
Information, or (ii) review/ monitor Subscriber Communications, unless required
by applicable law or legal process, or unless it is reasonably necessary to assist
authorities investigating a claim involving illegal activity. We will only share
the Subscriber Information you provide online with other Touchfon International
entities and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses described
above; all such Touchfon International entities and/or business partners are governed
by our privacy policies with respect to the use of Subscriber Information and are
bound by confidentiality agreements.
Choice
Except as set forth above, Touchfon International will not use or share the personally
Subscriber Information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described
above without first letting you know and offering you a choice. Touchfon International
will also provide you the opportunity to let us know if you do not wish to receive
unsolicited direct marketing materials from us and we will do everything we can
to honor such requests.
Accuracy & Access to Subscriber Information
Touchfon International is committed to keeping your personally identifiable Subscriber
Information accurate. We will provide you with access to your information, including
making every effort to provide you with online access to your registration data
so that you may view, update or correct your information at the Touchfon International
site where it was submitted. To protect your privacy and security, we will also
take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or enabling

collected, Subscriber Information is maintained on secured, limited access servers.
Touchfon International employs a sophisticated electronic firewall, and has also
put in place numerous additional physical, electronic, and managerial procedures
to safeguard and secure the Subscriber information we collect online.
